3 Best Cardio Workouts for Fast Weight Loss
The 3 best workouts are skipping, running, and swimming. They help burn a lot of calories at a faster rate.

Running
This is an excellent aerobic workout. You can do this outdoors or indoors on a treadmill. You can enjoy the weather outdoors and you can have a controlled workout on a treadmill indoors. So, whichever way you choose to perform this workout, make sure you wear the right shoes to avoid any injuries. A running session of 20 minutes burns up to 90 calories.

Skipping
This is my favorite workout, all you need is a good pair of shoes and a jump rope. This is a fast paced, full body workout. Skipping needs a bit of practice, and after you become skilled in skipping, you will be burning more calories and building your muscles in a proper way. You can burn an amazing 200 calories in a mere 12 minute workout session of skipping. This workout is even better than running and is the best option for losing weight.

Swimming
This is another great workout and it utilizes all the muscles of your body. Swimming will not only help you to lose weight, but will also improve your flexibility. For a 30 minutes session of breast stroke swimming, you burn around 270 calories. After an hour of swimming, I bet you will be hungry and tired, not to mention heavily ‘worked out’. This also helps to improve metabolism.

Other Workout Options
Given above, were the best cardio exercises. However, there are other choices which also help in weigh loss and these are listed below.
